Just a quick note that enough of my tomatoes ripened that I'm making a black tomato sauce as we speak. I'll post recipe and results later.

Tales from Barb's Kitchen Table

This is a collection of recipes from Barb and her family and friends with comments. Lots of comments.
Family Update - Barb still lives in London and remains a staunch ex-pat New Yorker. Her daughter Astrid now lives in Switzerland. Her older son Adam lives in NYC. Her younger son Andrew and his wife Joanna have moved to Northern VA.
Additional guilty parties will be identified as they post.

NOTE - Be careful with the measurement standards used in our recipes. We all tend to cook by eye. Andrew uses US measurements. Barb & Astrid are Americans in the UK and try to be clear about their measures but use a mix of metric and Imperial. Please post a comment if you need measurement standards clarified for a recipe.
