Absolutely do not get the paperback! The publisher "updated" the text and destroyed the book. The ingredients are no longer listed seperately in a nice list ready for shopping or gathering prior to cooking; they are now scattered throughout the recipe for you to discover as you work through the steps (and find you don't have all the bits needed to make it!). The illustrations of techniques are also mangled. Arrgh!!
As usual with Penguin, they also used the crappiest paper and it looks like a cheap photocopy with very reduced text and large empty blank spaces.
